Hi! I am Monojit Choudhury, presently working as a Post Doctoral Researcher in Microsoft Research Lab , Bangalore India. I have submitted my PhD from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Before joining Microsoft Research, I was working as a Research Consultant in the Communication Empowerment Laboratory, IIT Kharagpur on a project sponsored by Media Lab Asia.
My primary interest revolves around my research - which to me is understanding, appreciating and wondering at the beauty and complexity of nature. Being a computer science graduate, I dabble with mathematical tricks and computer programs to probe into the deepest mysteries of nature. Apart from that I also take interest in traveling, photography, philosophy, and ancient Indian art, science and culture.
